I used to take it and drink. That ws a bad idea. I take clonazapam, yay. Trying to quit maybe.

I prefer xanax but my doctor won't give it to me. Clonazepam is better the lorazapam. I think, i haven't had ativan in 25 years. I started out pinching my mom's valium when I was 15.

If a benzo is needed, it's a gods' send.  If a benzo is wanted, there are better options both recreationally and therapeutically.  IMO anyway; i speak for nobody but myself and YMMV.

Last month i was blacked out drunk amd apparently ate an entire script of 60 .5's and woke up asleep face down outside in the northeast

Normal recreational dose of xanax for me is 6-8mg, but if i plan for alcohol i have to go slowwww and really a 4mg dose is better at that point

Kpins id go 8-10mg if i did any benzos in the days prior, but 6-8 would be a good dose even once every monthor so for me

Dont use benzos that much, although id love to have my own script, and just quit  drinking so itd be especially nice to have to take 2 bars at night after a particularly stressful day

Tske into condiseration im 6'5 near 300lbs tho

Xanax gives me bad rebounds and paradoxical effects I think diazepam is the best.

Lorazepam is better than all the other for me. I develope insane tolerance in just a day or 2 so I dont really fuck with them I just know lorazepam worked best for sleep.
