I tried decarboxylation *** MIND BLOWN***

So last night for the first time I decarboxylated my weed in the oven before making the canna-oil

Holy shit!

After pouring in the oil and making the batter I licked the spoon with the oil and the one with some batter on it. Got absolutely floored for about 6 hours. Actually had to leave my friends birthday party cause I was just way too spaced out.

Now I am left with this whole brownie that I am sorta scared to eat :rofl: Gonna try some very small piece first

Glad to hear it went well! Always always always decarb your bud before making butter or oil, it takes very little extra effort. Next time try adding some lecithin granules. It’s supposed to help your body break down fats easier/quicker I think, making the butter/oil more potent.

Cover a baking sheet with tin foil or just make a shallow tin foil boat. Place your pre-ground bud on the foil and spread as thin as possible. Bake in the oven @ 220 for around 30-45 minutes. It’s gonna make your kitchen smell really bad. Make sure the bud is toasted a light brown.

You might want to look up instructions for more details about the temperature and time, I’m just throwing that out off the top of my head from past experiences.

Use lecithin!!!

I use a foil boat at around 220. I only do it for a few minutes though. I guess time depends on quantity of weed and how well it is broken up. I just keep checking on the weed until it almost turns to powder when you pinch it.

Fire crackers can be pretty intense and are nice and simple to make as well.

Next time I will try some lecithin as well

Cant get over the amounts of weed I wasted by not decarbing :sad:

you also have to grind it first
de carbing it makes the thc crystals more vulnerable
