bouncingbear botanicals

Howdy all...

Anyone used bouncingbear recently? (I'm having a 'slow response problem' and haven't gotten the goods I paid for almost 2 weeks ago)

They did respond to my 1st e-mail (after about 3 days) and promised delivery by the end of the week at the latest and a tracking number (neither of which happened).

It was about $200 worth, so I'm feeling a bit concerned and hoping it's just sloppy shipping and not serious financial probs or similar.

I know they are no longer Shroomery sponsors, but I will keep Y'all informed anyway as to how it works out.

when i ordered from them during the this past summer it took them a while to even ship out.

My order arrived ok :smile:

While it certainly was slow, they did reply to my email in a 'reasonable' time (3 business days).

I suspect that they have 'shipping days' once a week or something similar and, if something you've ordered is currently out of stock, you may have to wait for the next 'shipping day'.

This is all simply conjecture on my part, though.  They did send my product, I got everything I expected and they did not defraud me in any way. 

Mainly, they suffered from comparison as I placed another order with a different company who shipped immediately (for half the price) and sent me confirmation of postage and tracking # within hours of ordering.

BB has a very good product range, though...  I may still use them in the future (as long as I'm not in a rush)

of course one needs to consider the role that the post office plays in all this.
even the greatest shipper can get screwed over when the post office doesn't do it's job properly.
99% of the complaints i've seen are either the fault of the buyer [bad address, missed delivery, etc.]
or the post office, not bouncing bear itself.
we see many good reports on BB almost daily at mycotopia, where they are still a sponsor.

I've ordered from them a few times and I'm very happy with their product, even though it did take them a while, got some bomb san pedro from them. :smile:

they shipped my order out the next day according to my an email I got, but no shipment yet so I cant verify.

Sorry guys... seemed to have opened a can of worms here.

While BB did send my product, there MHRB was definately inferior.

My final analysis is that they are a reputable dealer, but they shipped slow for me (and some others who have posted here) and I (and again others) have been unhappy with the potency of that one particular item (MHRB).

I have never heard or read of any complaints regarding any of their other products (actually read some quite positive reports...)and they can be trusted to deliver your order (eventually).

Never had any problems with them throuought many orders. Would reccomend them to anyone.

as far as bouncing bear goes.. they have always been very quick to answer my e-mails and very imformative with my questions.. so i give them props. their prices aren't too bad either. shipping, i don't know. i just placed an order for some poppy seeds about a week a go. i hope they don't take too long because the weather is beautiful here and it's definately the right time to get em in the ground. but over all bbb is a good source. :beer:
