First of all: when did you place your order? Did you send cash or did you use your credit card? Which country do you live in (I took a look at your profile - Hungary, is that right?)?
And as to your question: I ordered a few things some time ago - they answered my mails, the delivery was relatively quick (max of 10 days) --> I was a very satisfied customer...

I've used them twice..latest was a couple of weeks ago & each time the order has arrived in 4-5 working days (delivering to the UK & paying with credit card)

hi,

I used creditcard (10 days ago). I mailed them from two different addresses for many times and I haven't got any replies. Yes I do live in Hungary, but I don't think that makes any difference. I also ordered spores from them a while ago and it took less than a week... What really pisses me off is that they don't reply my emails.

If someone had an email address thru which I could contact someone at SB I would be grateful. (I've already tried info@smartbotanics.nl)

I orderer there 3 times and got the syringes to Austria in 5 to 10 days.
Try emailing them again.

I ordered my first syringe from them. It took them two days to process my order. They answered my e-mail within two days also. I paid with my credit card. I live in Canada and it took 10 days. I can't remember the address I sent my question to but this is the address my answer came from marian@smartbotanics.nl

I too seem to be a bit concerned that Smart Bots aren't returning emails or honouring orders at the moment.

However, having had complete satifaction from them recently, I am reluctant to think the worst.
