What is this? Its almost too small for a ring, and it looks just like the boy scout symbol.

I don't remember what it's actually called, but it's for holding corners of your bandanna together. I have that same thing laying around somewhere.

It's called a neckerchief holder, it secures your Boy Scout neckerchief (bandana thingy) around your neck. That's a pretty standard one, but I have seen some handmade custom ones that people have made for themselves that are really cool too

In the UK they're called a 'woggle', ours were made out of plastic.
