idk about munchies but I ate a bunch of chili using it as dip for doritos and it was awesome. It was like I had never eaten chili before.

Buffalo Chicken Dip with Nachos.  Throw cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and canned shredded chicken in the microwave - heat and stir a few times.  You will eat it all, and you will get sick.

Popcorn.  But not that microwave bullshit.  Put in the extra effort and cook that shit on the stovetop.  The key is to get the white kernels though.  The yellow ones are shit.

The white kernels are MUCH better.  Fluffier end result.  They can be hard to locate though sometimes. 

Ever hear of the whirley pop?  I even have one of those.

I like applesauce, it's both a food and drink so it helps with munchies and cottonmouth. Plus if you live alone you can just drink it out of the jar the same way you can drink from the jug of milk. Zero prep. This obviously isn't the best tasting munchie food, but it's my favorite for the reasons mentioned above.
