My north face parka lost its fluff

I washed and dried it recently per directions but it's not nearly as puffy as it was and am wondering if anyone knows how to get it back up? Right now it's like a raincoat.

Put a tennis ball in the drier with it. Always works.

A parka in the washing machine? Usually they are dry clean only if they are down.

This is the closest to what my coat looks like. Even though it's completely different and its dark blue
