Cheeseburger Meatloaf
    #2372742 -

This is a great recipe. Its quick and easy and not much to clean up. Plus it is delicious!!

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 minced onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 cup cheddar (you can use the shredded type or I just cut up some velveeta and it works and tastes great)

Preheat Oven to 350

Mix all ingredients into large bowl ( i just used my hands seems to work best)

Spread out flat about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick. Lay your cheese down the center and add any other ingredients as you wish like mushrooms, peppers, more onion.

Then just roll it like a jellyroll and bake uncovered for about an hour or until the inside reaches 160.

Goes great with some mashed red potatos and some corn and bisquits.

ENJOY!!!

I used to make 20 pounds of this every day...

It was at a deli I worked at, same recipe but done in 4 5Lb batches and we put tobasco in ours..

After fully cooked it would sit in the fridge till the next day when it could be sliced into samiches. Good stuff too. 3, 1/4 inch slices, hot or cold with the works on a nice dutch crunch roll. MMmm good stuff.
