I have tinea versicolor, which is a fungal infection. I get red rashes all over my body, groin area, stomach, shoulders and neck, on my jawline. Also down my spine. When the rash gets really noticeable i take to pills of ketoconazole. Which helps immensely, i start to see improvements around 3 days after taking it. I have also found that essential oil of oregano diluted to an appropriate amount for your skin to handle and make it into a spray, which you can spray infected areas twice a day will also help fade the rash spots.
So for fungal infections of the skin I have personally found 3 things that help.
Low acidic diet(Eat more alkaline foods) Make a oregano oil spray and take ketoconazole once the rash is back in full force(usually about 3-4 months after taking it, it will come back)
Goodluck meng. I know how you are feeling with this, it sucks major ballsack. Especially when it moves up on to your face. That's the worst.
