I am taking a spore print now, pretty sure it is white, but going to let it sit longer and will post a pic later.

We really need to see under the cap and toward the top of the stem (and have it in focus), but my first guess would be something near Leucoagaricus leucothites. A lot of books have it under the old name Lepiota naucina.

There are, of course, other possibilities, but that's where I'd start.

And spore print is definitely not white, like I thought it was going to me, lol.
