Question about cybs tek?

The issue I am running into is that my "1 liter" bottle is actually more like 1.25 liters. Once the naptha is added the liquid totals 750ml for cybs tek but i need more liquid for the solution to reach the narrow part of the bottle ( so pulls will be much easier). In step 5 part 5 cyb says to add 140 ml of water after basifying. Would it be ok if i added more to get the liquid to reach the narrow neck of the bottle or would that affect the extraction?
