1/3 of drug offenders in the US are in the federal system. Only 20% of state convictions are drug related, while 55% of federal convictions are drug related. Federal reform is much more important to drug related charges.


They'll just get sent back to the states.  And they'll be convicted there.

She is largely responsible for the fiasco in Libya.  Obama wasn't going to go but she talked him into it.  This is from the NY Times who love her.

Secretary Clinton is not as great as her supporters make her out to be, but she's no where near as terrible as conservative smear campaigners are trying to maker her seem. Mass murderer? Give me a fucking break dude. :facepalm:

Also, No one is talking about raising anyone's taxes to 90%. For fucks sake :facepalm:

That doesn't make any sense. Federal sentencing reform doesn't change whether a case is handled by the states or the Feds.
