) Fan dry for a day or two (to make sure) then put in a dessicant chamber, you can find dessicant at the home section of wal-mart or any grocery store. make sure the fan dried fruits are elevated and are not touching the dessicant, use a small rubber maid container, use a half of an empty egg carton, with holes poked all over and place the fruits on top of this then on top of the dessicant, cover with press n' seal or quick wrap.
