Oh you'll be fine. I always get the Death card in my readings, most of the time it's the first card... And the hanged man... I only cringe when it's the Devil.

You're probably not going to have a fun time in the near future... But that's pretty much life. You probably just annoyed the crap outta her and she wanted to sound more intense. Apparently I'm a big lesbo to one card reader. And also I will have 3 kids, 1 boy and 2 girls when I went to two different readers. I think they're fun to go to. And I read my own, not traditional deck. Or my friends do it.

What/Why did you say to make her so angry?

The Death card means change it doesn't mean death, like AT ALL. The Tower means disaster, which can include death. The Tower is "the bad card"
Luckily Tarot cards don't predict or tell anything: Their true purpose is to make you consider aspects of your life you have forgotten about or never thought of from a certain angle. They are for creating new neural pathways between archetypal associations.

The physical death card is the ace of swords.  Equivalent to the ace of spades.

Ace of swords:

is indicative of a situation that must be thought through, and may be indicative of a breakthrough.

Swords as a suit generally pertain to challenges, but not familiar with a system that associates the Ace of Swords with death -- Ten of Swords sometimes is though, but is also more likely to signify something like a defeat.
