ben and jerrys overhyped

Ok for a while ive been hearing its literally the best ice cream ever. Had cookie dough today and it was very underwhelming especially for the stupid price it is (12.5 a pint).

too many flavors. most of them are gross as fuck, and the good ones are no better than regular store brand ice cream....


i'd never pay for ben & jerrys, ive only had it at parties and friends houses. my favorite ice cream is the soft kind from actual ice cream places. can't get that in a store.

I enjoy that it is JUST ice cream ingredient wise, and you can find a pint for a decent price on sale. Not to mention there are a ton of flavors that are unique and weird and amazing.

You bought cookie dough? Thats depressing as hell.

Seriously, there's no packaged ice cream that compares both in creativity of flavors and contents of big ass chunky ingredients that it is chock full of.

I mostly buy Belmont ice cream from Aldi for $2/48oz, though. Simple ingredients-
