Awe dude she said it was out of this world, salmon (the steak of fish) with tuna and white fish and avocado for mellowness and texture, I want to make/try it one day. He was guna use cheese but he decided to leave it out because he wasn't feeling it, a true chef. hiro usually takes 45 minutes to "ocd" make that cube making sure all 64 cubes are almost identical and never overlapping fish/vegetable types next to each other. my friend said the prices are a bit expensive but well worth it for the quality. i just got done watching him make a surf and turf roll with filet Mignon (or whatever) and literally used an entire 8 ounce rare steak for 10 pieces. Some out of this world shit indeed.

I wish I had taken pictures of the other sushi restaurant. This recent place didnt have the presentation of the other place our sushi was delivered untimely -not all together- the place was to warm. ac was off/ shit hell its 90F outside.

nice cucumber snake..

local market district giant eagle makes this fresh daily, only the labels are machine produced. I like this place, they do a good job making a variety of sushi..

Giant eagle sashimi is good. Only place I buy sashimi cause I don't like going to restaurants and the giant eagle sashimi is always good and hasn't gotten me sick. Also good price.

giant eagle was fucked today, self check out was jacking me off so I just abandoned my stuff and went to a restaurant instead. just wasnt in the mood to deal with robots.
