Never buy a Chevy Blazer

They're shitty cars. Everybody who owns 'em runs into problems with 'em

I got mine 5 years ago and it's literally been falling apart since the day I got it. Everything you can possible thing of that could go wrong with it, has. Bearing replacement, shock replacement, shock pad replacement, front wheel alignment, non-working AC, non-working 4WD, leaking windshield washer fluid, break pads that needed replacing (twice I think), door that doesn't properly close completely, loud unidentifiable ratting noise underneath it, it used to shake on the highway, and a ton of other shit I can't think of. It only has like 150,000 on it too. But long story short, thousands of dollars worth of repairs in just a few years. Spent more on repairs than I spent on it, itself. Which was 3 grand. Got it from a neighbor who's dad passed away and it used to be, and he drove it lightly.

Yesterday one of the speakers I got around the time I got it blew out (although I guess that's not the cars fault), and then today the back windshield randomly EXPLODED when I got in my car. Apparently the pressure from closing the door is enough to make the windshield fucking blow up into a million pieces.

The insurance company actually said windows exploding is a common thing with Blazers when you enter them, WTF?!

You call that a messy trunk? You should've seen mine when I actually drove my car.
Aside from all the broken glass, that's a fairly organized trunk.

it's actually a nice trunk, with glass in it.

even with the glass, my truck has been messier at tiems :facepalm:

I am a fan of the s10 pickups

But not the blazer despite their similarity. My buddys got a blazer and his trafer case just went bad and he is now stuck in 2wd, has no ac, bad shocks, and bunch of other b/s.

I drive a 98 gmc jimmy as a company vehicle, thank fuck I don't actually have to pay for the repairs on that piece of shit, only 3 speakers work now (2 on the dash and one on the passenger side front door) and that's slowly becoming just 2, rear pinion shaft had to be done the rear diff was fucked, needed a pitman arm, idler arm, swaybar links, shocks, coils, holy fuck, that's all they do is break the fuck down.
