hahaha ecstasy study showing neurotoxicity retracted!
    #2144356 - 11/29/03 02:55 PM (13 years, 8 days ago)

this is some funny shit. I guess when they were studying MDMA they accidentally gave the monkeys SPEED instead. hahahahah so funny. In the meantime the Americans used the evidence in this false study to encourage things like the rave act. I bet these false studies will haunt general drug "knowledge" for a long time.

articles on maps about it

That news has been out for a while... but I bet you that the Americans wont even care and will keep using the old "study" to back up their Drug War.

I almost guarentee you that..
but yeh, I heard about that a while ago. Gee, injecting high doses of meth straight into your blood stream might cause brain damage? WHODATHUNKIT!
Those studies are ALL bunk. You can't definately draw the line connecting the two -- injecting something into a rat is nothing like a human swallowing it. And the quantities they give those rats.. staggering. Sure, you can say that consequence X at high dosage might be present as lower, normal dosage, however take much longer to develop, but I say, bullshit. We all know alcohol kills in high quantities, but actually can be healthy in smaller amounts.
