When my GF wanted to cut her hair short I supported her. Why would you be upset that she changed her hairstyle? It's not like she shaved your head or even suggested you should.  If things were the other way round n someone was bitching at me to change my hair i'd bail.

I totally feel you OP. I don't expect a whole lot of femininity from my woman, but long hair is the one thing that I do expect. I really do not like short hair on 95% of women.

You expect long hair? No, you should expect unconditional love and in return you should give the same. If you cared, 100% cared about her and truly loved her, you shouldn't give a fuck if she's bald, quadriplegic, or not wearing makeup. And if you didnt love her or care to the fullest, you wasted her time and yours and you shouldn't be online bitching about something you don't give a fuck about. Plus, if cutting her hair was the ultimate disrespect, you've got weird priorities. I'd be much more upset about being cheated on.

I did not expect long hair. I lowered my expectations BIG time when I started dating her because she already had short hair. But she PROMISED me she would grow it out just a little. Im not talking she said she would grow shoulder length hair Im saying she would grow it at least down to her eyes. But no. After I gave her everything, she shaved her head. after promising me she would grow it just a LITTLE. JUST A LITTLE! That was all i asked. and she wouldnt even do that for me. Thats how little she respected me. I even grew my hair down to my chin to show her how easy it was to grow hair, and she complained to me about my hair being to long. And I just went insane and screamed and her and called her a hypocrit because she wouldnt stop cutting her hair yet she has the nerve to get mad at me for growing my hair?

And the day she showed me old pics of her, with long hair, it made me so angry, because she used to have long hair, and yet, she refused to allow it to grow even a little? It takes MORE effort to cut your hair than it does to allow it to grow just the slightest amount. I still can't get over how mad it made me.

Thats what made me so angry, she refused to allow her short hair to be temporary because she kept cutting it short.

You decided to be with her with short hair, and if it wasnt her hair that attracted you to her, it was something else, and if you're too petty to get over something as superficial as hair style you don't have the right to sit around and whine about what she's done to you.
