What's the best way to take HBWR seeds (tonight)?

I've never done this before, so I'm not sure what the proper way is, and if it's affected in anyway depending on how you take them.

There are a million threads on HBWR preparation and everyone says there way is the best. I just scraped the fuzz shit off and chewed them for a while then swallowed them. I had an alright trip with little to no naseua but the come down was the most miserable experience of my life and I wouldn't take those things again if you paid me.

Scrap of the fuzz and soak the crushed seeds in like a shot of pure lemon juice. Or you could just chse them with pure lemon juice, either way using pure lemon juice really helps the nausea.
