In my opinion it's better to jack it than to run around like a testosterone-filled zombie looking for a woman to bang, for a few reasons:

1. You can't get a girl pregnant.
2. No drama.
3. You can use your time to do something productive.
4. Save money.

Those are just some from the top of my head.

Jerking it really has no correlation to how much you get laid. You could jerk it 10 times a day and still get laid if your a genuinely interesting person.

it does though.  I have turned down girls flirting with me cause I had no desire to flirt/ hookup cause I was jerking it too much

I have no problem attracting females through dating medium or in real life.  This thread is about me jerking it and not having the same drive I did for the next few days

no, true. if you feel no interest in even talking to a chick because you've "jerked it", that says to me, you have low sex drive. you've "jerked it", sex has been done (on a low chaste level:lol: ) and now you have no need for more sex; hence the drive to even intimate with a girl is gone.
