Virginia Beach??

I just moved to Virginia beach and was wondering if there was anyone on here from the area. I know it's a long shot but I figured I would give a try.

Well, I USED to live in virginia beach. I only stayed there for 2 weeks but I LOVED it. It's a VERY CUTE beach city. It reminds me of all the major beaches in california combined into one.

There's this fuckin' badass coffee house that has the BEST kona I've ever tasted in my life. Ask for a cup of the kona drip coffee. It's $4 for a large but it's totally worth it. It's so smooth it doesn't need cream or sugar.

In fact, it's called, "Badass Coffee house" and it's on oceanfront on 18th and Cypress.

I vacationed there twice. It seemed like a nice place but I only did the touristy stuff. My hotel rooms had a balcony facing the ocean and I'd sit there and watch the fireworks at night, they shot them off a boat, pretty cool.

Oh, and get used to low flying jet aircraft, the military base flies training missions over the beach all the time. It was the only part that got really annoying, sonic booms woke me up a couple times.
