Well.. turns out i have gay feelings for my life long bestfriend..... * 3

He doesnt feel the same at alll....  :.(

And i noticed feelings ever since i tripped....  Mushrooms made me gay for my bestfriend... guess it wasnt a joke after all....

im in a similar boat man, dont stress. i am straight, have been my whole life. im not attracted to any guys at all. but last summer my best and only guy friend moved away for college. 
the longer hes gone the more i miss him, and he was always kind of a weird guy, like he would cuddle up real close to me when we watched movies and wed share a bed when i stayed over, and hed always sleep real close to me.

and he never meant anything by it, he was just real comfy chillin with his bro (me).
now that hes gone i find myself missing those things specifically, and iv gotten jealous of all the new friends hes probably made.

literally just tonight i got my cartilage on my ear pierced only because he used to say he wanted his cartilage pierced.

so i know what its like to have that gay bro love for your best friend.

I DID TONS AND AM GAY. And never did sword fighting or snuggling or any of that kinda gay stuff with my straight buds.........i think we might be having a breakthrough here lizard eyes......:gay:

op,  you sound like you have homophobia present still. Chances are you are bisexual. The very fact you have sexual excitement for a male that has become close is sort of self evident. And could happen again with another male in other words that gets close. If he was already gay you might even feel more inclined and at ease then you do now.

Sexuality is strongest when there's two components of Sexuality working together.

The first is emotional
The second is physical


You can be emotionally invested in girls and physically attracted to boys, alone, and vice versa  but it's usually rare and is most commonly confusion of a human being in denial. It's very possible.  Just don't use it as a scape goat.

With that said all I wanted to state is that your not gay just for one person,  this would make you more rare and a demisexual. You are most likely, bi sexual and have homophobia restraints which prevent you from entirely embracing the concept as a good thing.

I've dealt with people in denial of all forms. Just my two cents. Good luck
