i have a good feeling this worlds going to get more and more shithouse in the upcoming years

it really does seem that people are getting less happier as the years go by, just look at a random video from the '90s everyone looks more full of life then i see these days, its all going to shit. its been over 40 degrees for like a month straight in adelaide and thats not normal its actually a world record for number of hottest days in a row, this worlds going in the shitter much more sooner than i figured

Can you provide actual tangible evidence? If anything the standard of living is increasing across the world and many more people are actually happy because of that.

i don't, its just my observation. I don't have a full on negative outlook on life or anything either its just a thought i had wen i saw this old video from the '90s i got a vibe that people were more happy because it was a tiny bit simpler, theres heaps of good stuff these days that are to our advantage but theres also this bad vibe that we are changing, for the worst.

just look at a Facebook newsfeed.

Kids in australia are getting shittier, and scummier. Everything is more expensive, more advertising, more shallowness, more governement mind controlled retards, more red tape, more bullshit, economy fucked, one of the most expensive countries in the world for daily living, people feel the need to be connected to their phone rather that whats right in front of the. List goes on, if you dont have a shitty outlook as the days go by I would be surprised

no way dude!, people happier in the 90's?, maybe i was happy back then because it was my childhood years, but i still think today there is more opportunity for change and for good. vibes are intense these times both good and bad, people are more awake today and therefor more opportunity to see the troubles of the world and make proper steps to change it. i don't know the future, but i will always hope for the best.

this rains been a bit of a godsend though, the wildlife round here could really use it.
i think were around 78mm for the past 24hrs.

and nostalgias a hell of a thing.

Every generation is full of nostalgia for the long-lost "good ol' days", and has nothing but bleak projections for the future.
If you could actually quantify any of your doom-and-gloom postulations, that'd be swell.

Until then, I'm going to enjoy living in the present a lot more than I enjoyed the 90s. Fuck soul patches and boy bands.
