OM - the vibration of the universe, OM is the vibration of the universe, it is the mind of god, you , as a unit, of god, are god, so , until you graduate into being one with the universe, you come to places like earth to train and go about your issues and creative faculties

namah shivaya
na - earth
ma - water
shi - fire
va - air
ya - sound
om - light

as you chant this sacred mantra a soft tender compassionate gentle love fills you with delicate bliss, you attain all things, powers, enlightenment, wisdom, and etc, awareness of the cosmos and such

light blesses and keeps you and the area safe, too

1000 times a day, it takes but 20 minutes, its fine to chant it fast paced, as i do . then , meditate on it silently in a second meditation session, that is important too, both facets of external and internal meditation matter, seek a sat guru, one who light the lamp in your crown chakra, pm me for details.

i find it to be a superior mantra, it can do many things, if shiva manifests a thunderstorm STOP and chant hare Krishna mantra, my house was almost destroyed once because of this, and i've lit candles on fire with the mantra on accident, but it is not for evil, it is that shiva also is transformation and change.

should ever you need immediate protection, chant the hare krishna maha mantra, for as peter sellers plane was crashing he did, and was protected.

mantras are supreme spiritual light codified into sound, you earn the sound as you were to fill a jar with pebbles until it bursts, bursting your shell so light enters.

I am the MacDaddy of Heimlich County, I play it Straight Up Yo!

....I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected enough to step aside and weep like a widow, to feel inspired, to fathom the power, to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain, to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human......
Om Namah Shivaya, I tell you What!
