I am clean, and thats about all i can say i've accomplished in 23 years.


I don't do anything but play vidya and go on time wasting websites all day. i wake up wanting to open one of my text books or maybe getting my old bod back but instead i make coffee, open the laptop and before i know it i've spent the whole day mindlessly clicking between a few sites i'm not even really reading.


i used to get laid, i used to get paid.
Those things used to matter to me. now i just want to be healthy, to not feel like shit all the time.
i fear i have become asexual, even when i watch porn it feels forced.
i feel so drained and tired and i haven't done shit.

how are you guys?


did you end up how you thought you would?

Well if u don't have motivation to do anything that's no good and could be a major lack of seritonin. Aka depression I'd say start with a health food diet and u should feel better enough to get bored doing the wasting bullshit which may lead into a new hobby. Maybe start learning  Music theory and get some software if ur into that you seem to like computers. I feel u though I got on anti depressents for the same shit but I stopped taking them so now I'm trying to be naturally happier. Coffee helps depression as well as St johns root and alot of other things that's a hobby in itsself

I've been the same way. Quit weed on nye and I thought that'd solve my lethargy but it hasn't made me spring to life full of energy like I thought it would have. I've been seeing a psychologist for depression so that may help... Second session tomorrow. Maybe that's something you should look into if you can't get out of the hole you're in.

What's your diet like?  That can have a pretty significant impact on a persons health.

complete shit, i have a feeling this has alot to do with it as well but food is like my only entertainment.


i feel better now cause i went outside for a walk but i have to make some major changes to my routine/diet.

Just don't loose you momentum.  I've had a shitty diet before and once I finally started changing it and feeling better it was a high all on it's own that had a domino effect.  Feeling well is powerful motivation.
