I was trying to find out of cumming effects testosterone levels......

And I stumbled across this little beauty of wtf.

Would you ever do this?

He did. There's a video of him somewhere out there where he talked about saving all his jizz up and drinking it to super-load a huge shot of testosterone in him.

I think it'd be better to take a shot of Jizz right after your workout, rather than before. That way you can maximize the benefit of the post workout anabolic state as well as the testosterone boost.

I can make use of my semen? Can I remove the proteins and fats with a nonpolar wash and dissolve and filter with isopropanol to yield male hormones?
