CORBIN, KY -- A clever canine in Kentucky sought out his own medical
care by limping to a local veterinarian's office after getting hit by a car, according to a Local 6 News report.

maybe i missed it, but how do they know the dog wasn't brought there by the person who hit it or someone who saw it hobbling around?

I guess they just saw it walking up the the place or something, or are maybe assuming that if someone brought him there they'd have brought him inside themself. Hey, you and fungushungry are almost tied for posts.

Aaagggghhh, true, gottcha, I guess they are assuming that, maybe for some reson best known to themselves that wasn't made clear in the article. One of my guys was waiting for the staff at the Humane Society one morning, as someone tied him to the railing and left him there.

dogs are smart as shit though. if i act like i'm dead when swimming, my dog jumps in, gently grabs my hand, and pulls me to the steps. he did this without being taught!

Mine just make me give them lots of milk bones...Moon cat will smack me in the face to get me up in the morning, though.
