Opiates give me MASSIVE BONERS!

I can't express how insane it is. Early 20's.. I only dabble with opiates whenever I can get them cheap and without any trouble. I don't do hard opiates only prometh/codeine syrup, hydrocodone, and tramadol. whenever I take any of them I get insane boners like uncontrollably stiff massive boners! I googled this a while ago but it just came to my attention again I wonder what causes it exactly cuz for some people it is the total opposite! It is way more pronounced then a normal boner for it seems to have a total mind of its own, whenever i'm sober and get a boner I can make it go away with some jedi skills but when on opiates its straight to the belt loop trick and gotta ride it out lol. Dope Dick is an under statement.

I actually think it has to do with your blood vessels expanding. Drugs like Viagra work because they lower your blood pressure, and open up your blood vessels to get blood circulating in the dick. Opiate boners are kind of like this too, I think.

Depends on the situation but yes it can happen. Also the opposite can happen.

Chronic opiate use depletes your testosterone, and raises your estrogen levels. Most men with long term Opiate dependency wind up impotent with breasts, without undergoing hormone replacement therapy. Google it and read about the pharmacology on how opiates impart your body to produce testosterone.
