A carne asada burrito with hot carrots on the side. And a large horchata.

(Carne Asada burritos means: steak, salsa, guac, and MAYBE sour cream.)

Or a chorizo burrito.

It's different at every place so you'll have to specify (you did), carne asada just means grilled beef.

:sad: They closed the restaurant down (or at least all the ones in my area) but it was called the California super burrito.. It was HUGE... At least a pound or two. It basically had everything thrown in it.. Meat, lettuce, multiple types of cheese, beans, corn, rice, pico, sour cream, avocado (I always got it without) that I can remember.

I know thats what Carne Asada means, I just know that different places put different stuff in a Carne burrito. I personally like the way So Cal Does it. Glad someone else enjoys burritos :smile:

lil tomatoes
lil hot sauce
corn
sour cream
extra cheese
pinch of lettuce

mix that up

then the smoky Tabasco sauce on top.

where i go they put the rice in automatically, really.  i used to not get it but now i just go with it, it's not that bad.  and what's wrong with corn?

i don't really make homemade burritos much but if i ever did it wouldn't have that much stuff.  it would probably just be:

chicken/steak
cheese
lettuce
sour cream
hot sauce

this talk is making me hungry!

and all of the fish burrito's at rubios, especially the one with wild salmon/beans/corn/sour cream/ cilantro, and the one with mahimahi.


Gotta love getting 2.5lbs of food for ~$4 after tax.

Sooo good. There's none in New Mexico (or at least abq, but i'm pretty sure in the state due to NM's weird business laws) but anytime I'm in phoenix or san diego I eat there about every day :lol:

A breakfast burrito from this small place called Anita's. They serve tex-mex shit.

Or Chipotle. A burrito with black beans, steak/beef/pork/chicken(they are all amazing from chipotle), tomatoes, sour cream, corn, hot sauce, guacamole, lettuce, and cheese.
