Moldy Pan Subbs?? What should I do?! Help!

I've got about 3/4 of an ounce of dried Pan Subbs sitting in a sandwich bag. I picked them this year. They kinda been there a while. I ate some with friends earlier this season, before they looked nasty. Now they smell kinda bad, and have little white dots and shit on them. I'm guessing its some type of mold. I don't really want them all to go to waste, but safety comes first. Does anyone know what this is? Improper drying? Please help me out. Thanks alot.

I don't know what it is, but if its wold throw them away.
Were they cracker dry when you stored them? Were they exposed to air/moisture?
If the white dots were not there before I would definitly toss them.

What you should do is snag some of those little "DO NOT EAT" packets of dessicant from shoe boxes and such and put one of 'em in with dried shrooms, if you're going to store 'em for an extended period. :smile:
