pharmacists will be the one that know about drug interactions.
If you are soliticting advice, here's what I'd go for: Ween off of the SSRI and the anti-anxiety medication. We all get anxious, I do, more than others I think, but I don't use drugs for it.
The lithium is a different beast. In time, and I have no advice, you might find a way to deal with your manic depression, but lithium seems to work, and despite it having a slim theraputic index, it's fairly benign.
My father and another person who I am close to who shall not be named are both manic depressives. I am aware it is called bipolar now, but I find the old term more accurate. Both take lithium, and it is right for them. Without it, they are violent, angry people.
I don't know if there is a non-lihtium based cure. Maybe a lot of soul searching, maybe it's an inability to absorb lithium from food, causing lithium deficiency. It's not something I've researched enough. I am waiting for someone going through what you are to tell the world how they beat it.
If it hurts to pee then it sounds like your body is trying to flush out the toxic crap as fast as it can. My father urinates a lot more than before the lithium, if that's any consolation.
