Cheap hash and coke

I bought 20 euro worth of hash the other day and thought the guy got confused cause he gave me about 4 grams of moroccan hash. Turns out because of logistics or some shit certain drugs are pretty damn cheap. Like a gram of coke for 50 euro. Tho to be honest I'd rather spend those 50 euro on a brick of hash :vaped:

I mean cheap as in much cheaper than UK.

I'm trying to figure out a convenient and non-suspicious way of smoking hash in public places like the beach etc. All I can think of is joints but the taste makes me :vomit:

Anywhere if the coke is quality.  When I was a kid I would get coke for 40 usd per gram, but it was not good stuff.  Now as an adult I have tried good stuff and know that it could easily be worth 100 usd per gram.

From my experience, spanish cops really don't care if you're smoking a joint, as long as you don't do it right in front of them.. And even then, worst thing that can happen is they'll just tell you to go somewhere else, so you don't really have to worry about that :wink:

I think you could easily get drugs like whatever ecstasy wannabe pills, relatively good coke, weed and most of all hash.

Ask any black dude selling sunglases at the beach. There is a slight chance you might get ripped off but ya know you could score bigtime too :stoned:

I'd never do drugs in a foreign country, much less buy drugs in a foreign country.  The risk of going to a foreign prison for any length of time, be it a day or 10 years, would NEVER be worth it and I would regret my decision to try to get high for as long as I was in prison.  Locked Up Abroad is a good show to watch if you are trying to dissuade yourself from wanting to have anything to do with drugs in a foreign country.

I'd do drugs in Spain, equador, Belize, holland, Mexico..
That locked up abroad is highly dramatized and if you are stupid enough to try and smuggle 20 keys of dope on ANY airplane nowadays, well that's Darwinism at it's best.

Well, there is a difference between smoking a joint on the beach and trying to smuggle 5 kilos of coke through airports..

Also, I don't know where you live but I'd rather be caught with hash anywhere in Europe than in the US :lol:

well from my experience on Barcelona, all the dudes selling beers on the beach are selling hash. it was decent enough and it's always worth haggling :laugh:

and from what I can tell, Portugal is the place to be. Everything's decriminalised

I live in Southern California.  I was caught with weed and alcohol when I was a teenager with a few of my friends by some cops who were patrolling the area ...

All they did was make us smash our pipe and break all our beer bottles, and toss the weed on the ground.  I got a curfew ticket, and that was all (which amounted to 20 hours of community service cleaning up a theater).

I definitely would feel more comfortable getting busted with hash in So Cal than anywhere else, and especially in Europe, because it's not my hometown.

Cops in Southern California are totally chill about weed and weed-related items like hash and pipes/bongs.  Probably because we were one of the first states to start prescribing weed prescriptions to people, and because there are as many weed dispensaries in So Cal as there are Starbucks, if not more.

Sweeet. I know exactly the type of people you speak of because last time I was there they kept bothering us with their big boards of fake designer sunglasses :lol: Always wondered if there was a possibility they might be selling drugs :strokebeard: but was always kinda scared they might take it the wrong way so never bothered asking. How did you approach the subject? Are there any other signs I should look out for to tell if they're selling?

lots of VERY BAD hash in spain, watch out for the black lumps of hash,
those are cut bigtime with henna and whatnot and besides giving you a headache and some intociated feelings, its a waste of money

HB - Spain is more tolerant than Southern California by a long shot.


There are some places that are more strict than others, but overall no one wants to lock up a tourist for possessing or smoking cannabis in Spain.  Locals might run in to a bit more trouble depending on the situation but overall the cops really just don't care - like at all.


Some of the most tolerant places IMO are in the South.  Granada, Sevilla, Malaga, Murcia is a big one,


No one in Spain is going to take you asking for drugs the wrong way.  I found most people older than 35 or so to be complete dickholes while most people below 30 were incredibly nice and awesome people.  Lots of Rastas in Granada, not sure about other places.

If I went again I'd stick to somewhere small - Granada was my favorite.

The thing is I know a guy who knows a guy who deals decent amounts. If I were to ask a random fake sun glass seller at the beach I'd just say tu tienes chocolate? which means do u have hash

I don't think you'd get in trouble for asking :lol: but u might get ripped off depending on the the person :shrug:

:kenthumbup: I think Morocco is actually 50-60 km from here which may exlain the decent and cheap hash.

If you speak English, Spanish is incredibly easy to learn.


The entire thing revolves around three main constituents -

Grammar: rules for writing and speaking, including morphology which in Spanish is very easy.  It's extremely easy to take any verb and make it "I, he, she, it, they, we, etc." as Spanish morphology (the way the word changes to accomodate different subjects) is extremely regular

Vocabulary: This is the same game every time with every language.  This is the rote memorization part of learning a language.  There are many spanish cognates with english but for the most part you just gotta learn and remember the words you want to use.


Pronunciation: Spanish pronunciation is exceedingly easy with a FEW caveats.  Every single speech sound that's in Spanish is in English, except a few.  Those being the stanard "r" which is the tt of butter or the dd of ladder, a movement where the tongue touches the aveolar ridge and not quite a "normal" english r; the trilled rr that you're familiar with, which sounds like making a machine gun burst with your tongue, the enye, the n with a ~ tilde over it and finally the j, which in spanish is the ch of "loch" or the ch that you hear a lot in yiddish, a bit guttural.








It is SIGNIFICANTLY harder for a spanish person to learn english (by factors of dozens I'd say) because English is HIGHLY irregular, EXCEEDLINGLY complex in its morphology and its word origins which come from Greek, Latin and a number of other sources, and finally English has many many speech sounds that native spanish speakers never make while speaking Spanish, so they have to learn an extra 7 vowels, and numerous new consonants or so in addition to learning grammar and vocab.



Learning Spanish from English is a piece of cake.  I'd say Esperanto is a great tool to go from one to the other very easily.

Yeah I keep hearing that Spanish is pretty easy to learn, here could I be wrong in saying that you could pick up the language by say watching a lot of TV shows in Spanish or by hearing people speak a lot Spanish some other way because I was in France not so long ago and I found after the 3rd week I was able to understand what people were saying a bit better than the first week eventhough nobody was teaching me. I figured I was picking up the language through hearing people speak it :shrug:

Spanish could be a bit difficult to learn just by hearing people speak it, because unless you're in a classroom learning from a teacher or at home learning from Rosetta Stone, people speak Spanish very fast, and for a newbie to Spanish it'd be near impossible to follow along.

That's generally how it's done, by younger sisters been in brazil the past 8 months. And she's fluent in Portuguese now.

I took Spanish throughout all of my high school years ...

Unfortunately, I was stoned through all of my classes so I remember very little Spanish now.

She must have a really high IQ.  Speaking a language fluently usually takes at least a few years of dedicated learning for the average joe.

Children pick up EVERYTHING faster than adults, I think.  They are like sponges for information and tend to be unbiased about everything ...

When you grow up, you tend to THINK you know everything and filter out anything that doesn't fit with your point of view.  And it takes a lot more effort to learn new things.

she's the smartest person I know, she paid her way to go while working 2 jobs, babysitting, and going to school full time taking a full load of college level classes. Ap statistics pysics chem all that good shit. Graduated like top 3% of her class. I'm really proud of the girl she's an amazing person.

I lived in Spain for 2 months a few years ago and by the end of my stay I could somewhat interact with the locals.

I also used to study it at highschool but the teacher and class really sucked so nobody felt like giving an effort.

Right now I know how to ask for papers, beer and hash. And I can also say I don't speak Spanish in Spanish :lol:

Ya I took spanish in high school and French, high school language classes are lame. Mostly because were all self concoius ass holes that can't put in the effort. The most I got out of it were the alphabets, and basic verb understanding.

It started off good but the first teacher got knocked up and the sub was a joke. One time some random guy walked in and asked for papers, I said sure I'll hook you up but I'm smoking your weed and just left :lol: There was no reaction from the sub so you get the idea :laugh:

IMO


It's well known that kids learn languages much easier (and without any accent) than adults. IF I ever have a kid I'll speak English/French/Spanish.
