There is not a sensor for when you cut it off. They are going to know you cut it off when they come check on you and you are going back to jail for violating it and furthuring the punishment of your charges. Good job idiot :thumbup:

EDIT: I didn't read that post. what kind of ding-dong agency is this? they came to my house and had to use a tool to undo mine, it couldve been cut because it was made of hard rubber, but they come and remove it themselves along with the box and stuff. are you sure they aren't going to have someone come and cut it off for you? I mean that would be pretty damn stupid of them if they didn't

came off pretty harsh their buddy. anyways, if you are right and there is no sensor when you cut it off , i am totally in the fucking clear ! and i believe i have the same one your talking about because the only way to take off the band without cutting it is with a special tool not rivets like other bracelets.

Didn't mean to sound too harsh. but I'm almost 100% positive they done have a sensor in them. They can tell if you cut it off by seeing how active your bracelet it, how long it stays still and how much you move around. They also tell be how far away it is from your box. If you dont see any wires in the middle of the bracelet i don't know how they could tell if you cut it

My PO was the best ever, he actually liked me.
got off of house arrest and violated probation a bunch and even failed a UA and he couldve placed me back in jail but he let me free a couple months later instead. That was the third time I had him too lol. He is a cool guy

i dont use a bracelet that has a box installed in my house. i read on some site that the way they detect it is it sends it through your phone line because there are fiber optic cables in the band, but i dont have that type of bracelet and there really dosent seem to be any possible way that it could be transmitting a signal when tampered with

yeah i have a certain amount of time to get to work and a certain amount of time to come back from work. works only a walk away tho so i never really ran into any complications with that
