Mixing Benzo's with Benzo's

Is it dangerous to mix benzo's with Benzo's?

Like Valium with Klonopin?

I took my Valium this morning and went to a furniture store with my mom, and had a panic attack. Not a small one, but severe either. Just shakes, fast heart rate, sweating, weak knees.

So I quickly went to the car and took 4mg of Klonopin. ( I keep them in my moms car and my wife's car for emergency supply incase I forget to take my valium )

I feel really fucked up right now. Very distant. I can feel my heart beating. It's slow.

I'm a little worried. I didn't think. I was panicking, so I just popped the pills to calm me down.

Should I be worried?

You will probably live, but id be more concerned with the effect on your mental state. Stay away from those pills broham, dangerous stuff, especially with the way your mind is prone to snap

I take Clonazepam, Alprazolam and Temazepam every day. That's 3 different benzos and I'm fine.

Mixing different types of benzos isn't dangerous. Mixing benzos with alcohol and/or opiates are though.
