I looked over how to preserve it at best. And what I got was if I take the chili as is with no salt or preservatives I pressure cook at 10 psi for 70 minutes with band and lid only half tightened and let it cool naturally the lid will suction to the mason jar (and there are things to check for to make sure it was dine correctly) and after that its even optional to take the band off completely off since the lid is vacuumed tightly. I will tighten the band since I will be shipping. And it will stay fresh up too 120 degrees for two weeks with out any refigaration.

FYI this is what I call 3.5 alarm chili. But I eat jalapinoes by the pint.

If he likes this and people want me to make and send this to them just pay for ingrediants (about $14 for 3 quarts worth it 3 pounds worth same thing) and shipping and ill make and ship to whoever wants some.

Oldgregg pm me your addy and ill send it out Saturday morning priority. After you get it you'll see my shipping cost and you can judge yourself what you owe me.

Cost of chili and shipping for a quart will cost me about $10.

And yes I am shipping you a full quart jar that will be about 2.5 pounds if chili.

I used a new brand of jalaponoes so tell me where o have to improve in flavor. When I get home I will take a pic of the chili now that's its infused. First pic I think looks like crap, what it looks like now is 100x better.

Sell them for $1 a piece and the $150 worth of food stamps you spent on it makes you $500 cash.

The trick is the garlic powder, everyone is selling grill cheeses but I'm the only one selling garlic grill cheeses.

for some reason garlic grilled cheese sounds like it would go good with chili, i always put cheese ontop my chili anyways and bread goes good to, u should toss one into the jar before u pc it
