Whats the difference between this and Iraqi insurgents, or Taliban, or whoever in the last 1000 years using children as soldiers?  As far as Uganda, didn't Idi Amin do the same thing?  Isn't this just another petty dictator in a two-bit shit hole who has lost his marbles taking advantage of an unstable area. 

I swear, the whole region that stretches from Afghanistan to Central Africa is the fucking asshole of the world.

This is a warlord not backed by any nation or national armed forces. You could call the A-Team to get this guy and drag his butt to The Hague.

pretty sure Kony has already been pushed out of Uganda by military forces (US sent 100 troops there awhile back to assist regional forces) and his "army" consists of less than 200 scattered and unorganized soldiers...

this isn't really an issue anymore

But we like EAPoe said we have so many things wrong with our own country

I'm human, they are too. That makes it my business. I had the pleasure of inserting this news into several online communities. In none of them was the response quite as cynical, jaded and negative as here in The Pub. We've had "lulz look at my cat" stickies, this one definitely is appropriate.
