If the tingling in your left arm turns into an shooting pains and you also get chest pains, it's a heart attack, so call an ambulance immediately.

Given that you said "whacking off" I assume you're a guy. Strange - I personally cannot imagine having a sustained orgasm...

If the sensation is unpleasant and causing you to panic, why are you asking if it's safe to jerk it some more? You'd think you wouldn't want to if that was the case, or if you were still having an orgasm?

You aren't going to get brain damaged or die, you're fine... You're just panicking so chill the fuck out man. Play some jazz or drink some green tea or whatever works for ya. If jerkin' it feels good and you don't notice any added stress on your heart, I say go for it.

If I were you I'd have a phone nearby on the tiny off chance your body reacts negatively, but increased blood pressure and heart rate are normal to my knowledge on BZP. If it is uncomfortable, consider using something around the house to lower your blood pressure if you know of anything. My memory says there should be plenty of things, but I can't think of anything but long-term solutions for high BP :shrug:
