i heard on the telle some old moron got busted in indonesia with a crapload of meth hidden inside his body.
story is too fresh to make it on the news forum so i thought id mention it here.
they are saying this might earn the fool an appearance with the firing squad.
why do aussies seem more determined to die or serve life sentences in that muslim shithole?

i agree that anyone who smuggles drugs into a country like indonesia or thailand or anywhere with such draconian policies is a dumbass but i still refuse to take pleasure in laughing at their plight...he may have been asking for it, but that doesn't mean he deserves it. unjust drug laws are unjust drug laws are unjust drug laws, watch midnight express sometime and try not to feel bad for the main character...we've all done dumbass things at some point or another but this one will likely forever deprive this man his freedom, if not his life.

yeah man its messed up,  they wont execute aussies in australia for murdering hella people, but they will execute aussies for bringing drugs into indonesia. Crime and punishment just isnt fair man.

it blows my mind how retarded and careless some people can be. i guess we can exclude drug traffickers from this, because they are doing it for money and obviously know what they are doing and the risks assosciated. they take a calculated risks. the ones who i think are completely idiotic are the tourists who go over to indonesia and decide to take drugs, knowing the penalties. fucking retards mate. if i ever went to any part of south east asia, i would not take a single drug, i couldn't give a fuck how pure or how cheap the shit is. i'll get high when i get back from holidays.
