Lol my ex's mom burns sage to ward off spirits. Not that theirs anything wrong with that. I just had no clue she did it randomly in every room in the house and I was in the middle of a meat beating session when she opened the door to the bedroom I was crashing/whacking in. This was fairly recent.

On topic, I burn incense sticks or candles for aroma therapy. Will give juniper a try. I need stuff to try that smells good too.

my aunt has a bundle of sage for burning in her room, i asked her about it because i burn incense all the time but have never burned sage and she said she got it from a kumeyaay indian, told me a pretty badass story but i don't remember enough to relate it here.
