lets talk about ways to make the internet accessible to the blind.

i dont know if there is possible way of applying Brail to the internet.

I think that more research should go into technology that develops devices that can stimulate the visual cortex. Almost like virtual reality.

almost like a psychedelic.

It's already being done.  Actually they've been doing it for quite some time now!  Here are some links with information:

In the film "Sneakers" with Robert Redford, there's a bling guy who can use a computer terminal by putting his fingers on a little board which pushes up against his skin simulating braille. I don't know if it real, but I don't see any reason why not.

my mom teaches braile and she has all kinds of things that her students get to use, including one of those things in "sneakers"
