Child molester that has run his lifr unharmed

So I am dating this girl that has been molested by her step dad (which is still married to her mom) and doesn't want justice severed.
he is part of a (malicia) and I'm about to either serve justice with my bare hands and actually get the cops involved. This guy can't and will not in do this again.

What do I do?

If cops and family won't serve justice I will.

Am I wrong for this?

You may see me in a news article about it, if justice doesn't serve that is.

This POS touched not only her but her sisters also. No one, and I mean no one deserves this. I would rather castrate myself then think this guy can do this again to someone.

Obviously not for them. For me I just put it all together and asked, and since she can't lie I was told the truth. She and her sisters live a happy life and that's why I 20% feel I want to leave it alone, buy at the same time I don't want this prick touching another underage girl.

It's not your fight if they don't want help and you force it you could make things worse (especially if they deny it) and you'll just end up having them mad at you. Sucks but you can't be superman to everyone. Sometimes people don't want to be helped and that is their choice.

i respect this comment. if the guy is in the militia, odds are he is a bit off and has tons of friends who are just as off. you may find your ass kidnapped, taken to the middle of their compound, shot and either buried or cut up into pieces and buried in different locations. if you take it to him you're going to have to go all the way. are you mentally prepared for that? you need to talk to your girl. if she's dealing with this, i hate to say it but it's not your battle.

I urge you to talk more to your girl about it, and try really hard not to make any unthinking moves.  If you take this bloke on badly prepared, if he's got pals and is known for settling matters with his hands, he'll likely have the upper hand.  You have to be smarter than that.
Most of all, what does the girl want, and what are her reasons?  Given time, she'll begin to see she can completely trust you (she could well be scared of revenge, or making the situation worse), and you can face this man as a united team.

Ask her whether she wants action taken and whether she or her sisters are willing to testify.  If so, bring the law in. Most Militia would drop him like a turd when it becomes clear he molested children. Depending on his standing in the Militia, and opponents, they might even decide on their own brand of justice.

The fact that you are outraged at her being molested tells me you are not a killer. So don't, you'll feel miserable till the end of your days if you succeed and he'll kill you if you fail.

Get your girl and or her sisters ready to go to court and get the cops involved.  If they won't its not your place to force them to testify. In that case look into the Militia power structure and make half a dozen strictly anonymous calls to various people where you expose him for the child molester he is, and what damage he did. At least one of them will probably assume that that where there's smoke there's fire and investigate on their own.

Think of Militia what you will but they are direct justice based and generally don't take kindly to child molestors.

No need to take him anywhere. Just get him totalled and then baseball bat his kneecaps and elbows in the ally behind a club and leave a note pinned to him saying: "Next time paedo, it will be worse - leave the underage girls alone."

Then call cops and let them find him with the note.
They will put the heat on him, and he may well cave.
