That sounds like some bullshit.

I know my insurance is on my car.

It covers any licensed driver, but it's on my car, not me.

Agree.

Since the initial publication of the charged electromagnetic spectrum, humans
learned that what they can touch, smell, see, and hear... is less than one

Almost correct. At least one state does not require insurance.

New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Laws do not require you to carry Auto Insurance, but
you must be able to demonstrate that you are able to provide sufficient funds to
meet New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Requirements in the
event of an “at-fault” accident. If you are unable to meet these requirements your
driving privileges in New Hampshire may be suspended. For more information on
financial responsibility requirements you can refer to New Hampshire Statute RSA
264 or contact the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles at 603-271-3101 or
www.nh.gov/safety/dmv

In my state, no insurance means, you go strait to jail.  No pass 'go', do NOT collect your two-hunut-dolla.  You go STRAIT to jail.  They then TOW the car in question.  Full-coverage insurance WILL cover you if its a rental with their absolute minimum liability insurance, but as far as someones 'other' uninsured car, you're also likely to get slammed for stealing the car as well.

Bad idea.  Just drive him to work, ffs.

Oh and edit: this was a law that passed two years ago, and it is well-known, that it was done so to target Mexicans..  Its standard racial profiling, but it can land your ass in jail regardless.

Sounds more like it was done to target uninsured drivers.

No. 56 of the 57.

There may be others I'm not aware of. That is, states that don't require insurance, not states.

'sounds' that way, doesn't it?  Most racist legislation 'sounds' pretty good from the get-go.

rental agencies are supposed to carry insurance on their own vehicles, I
wrecked one when I was 18, they tried to sue me and the insurance
commissioner as well as the judge stated that the owner of the vehicle is
responsible for insurance coverage on any vehicle operating on state roads

that's a load of bull because when insurance isnt mandatory most drivers
in the lower income brackets simply wont carry insurance. the lower income
individuals tend to be white by a large majority tan any other race

In NH, vehicle insurance is an option.
