I'm going to Shpongle -- saw them at Hammerstein for New Years and it's a great venue for them; That was the "Shpongletron" though, this will be the live set with dancers, etcetera :awesomenod:

Alex Grey's halloween party is on the 29th, i'm trying to hit both while i'm in town :vaped:

While the Shpongletron is sick and all, his DJ set is waaaay better. When I saw his DJ set he played for 3 hours straight, killing it. Awesome shit.

Alex Grey's halloween party? That sounds very cool. I went to one of their drum circle evenings once. Unforch, I was stone cold sober, but it was still fun. I'm going to google that halloween party....

Alex Grey is up in Wappinger Falls / New Hamburg now. I forgot. When I was at that full moon thing they were still in NYC. I see that Metro North runs trains up there. Hmmmm... I'll bet it's a nice spot. Has anyone been?

I was not aware of Raja Ram, but after checking him out in the interwebs, I bought a Shpongle ticket! I'd love to check out some Quintessence - I guess that was the band he was in back in the 60's....
