they are really clean and bugless.. i found these yesterday with the cellphone cam and its raining today!! im hungry but and I also want to put it on agar if they are useful for bioremediation or cooking in the future... there was some Agaricus Praeclaresquamosus there too

Yes, stropharia rugosoannulata is a possibility too.

Look like Agaricus to me too; as for eating, how do they smell?  Any inky, chemically or otherwise unpleasant odour?  If so, toss them or your lunch. 

If they smell sweet (almondy), mushroomy or just plain mild then they are most likely edible (with caution - some people blow chow on edible mushrooms).  Keep your sense of smell on guard as they cook, any obnoxious odour will intensify at that time and means no good.

i dont remember any phenol or urine smell... wow i never ate a wild mush b4...how exciting.. my 1st gues was stropharia but they arent very red or burgandy

Unless someone has a better suggestion im going to grab a big stem... bring it home.. cut a 1-2 cm sized cube outta it... wash the cube ... go to the flow and transfer some tissue from inside the cube???  Is MEA ok ?
