Beer and jalepino nachos

Thats not blood, just red pepper oil burning it's way out.

I love beer and spicy food, even nachos. Now where these jalapenos pickled or roasted. Roasted jalapenos are much better with beer, pickled ones are better with tequila.

Beer goes great with spicy food.
The only problem I get from it is severe indigestion. I just pop a few acid reducers an hour or so before drinking and eating spicy food.
