Stropharia rugoso-annulata on rye

So I knocked up two rye jars of liquid culture of Stropharia on 3/10 and let them grow to about 20 percent before shaking.  Then they grew out to almost full colonization and then seemingly slowed down.  I read that they love frequent agitation so I shook them again.  It's been three days since then and I don't see the aggressive regrowth I thought I would see.  The jars look the same as when I shook them three days ago.
Any insight?

They take time to recover from shaking.  I wouldn't go too crazy with it.  Shake them once a week or so.  But again there's nothing to be done except wait and see what happens :wink:

Thanks, yeah I've shaken twice in twelve days so maybe I am pushing it a bit.
