So what Ismael invented is fake? and is in no way shape or form pliable?

When Einstein published his theory on relativity im sure the whole science community thought he was crazy and that it was a bunch of cobeldy gook, same for Steven Hawkins and for all new theories as detrimental as to changing how everything is done and how every one thinks.

This is a good question to ask, however, for every 1 person who "defies" the scientific community and comes up with something revolutionary, there's a million more crack-pots who are either deluding themselves, or scamming others.  There's a very large body of evidence that supports the notion that perpetual motion is not possible.  There are 0 (zero) instances where people have been able to prove otherwise.  There have been uncountable tries, and no successes.

The answer, I believe, is unbiased skepticism.  Make them prove what they are doing by laying it all out on the table.  Don't disbelieve them because you didn't think of it, or that you don't like the color of the guys shirt.  But disbelieve them until what they say makes undeniable sense, and they have proof to back it up.

To quote one of my heroes "Extraordinary claims, require extraordinary evidence."

There's my unsolicited $0.02 for the day.

Yes, its completly fake.  He is either a lying fraud or simply ignorant and over confident.

Wrong on both counts.  Frist, when Einstein published relativity the scientific community thought it was great.  It didnt come from nowhere, it had experimental substantiation and other theorists (like lorentz and poincare) had already done work in the area. Second, science thrives on new ideas and changing the way people think.  That is what science is all about.  What would scientists do if they weren't contemplating new, unknown areas? 

The problem is so many people think they are smart, and think they have a great new revolutionary idea and convince themselves they are right even though there is mountains of evidence against them.  Then, when pressed for substantiation they retreat with claims like you have just made, claims that science somehow squashes new ideas... when in fact, science simply ignores unsubstantiated ideas.

Nope, not credible at all.  His hypothesis offers absolutely no new testable predictions or descriptions of nature and it does not reproduce current theories more simply.

Oh, fer fucks's sake. It's not free energy, it's parasitic energy.
They are capturing and storing RF energy. There's nothing to see here, move along.
Store a little power at a time, switch the banks on and off in parallel, you get any voltage you want.
Works like a capacitor-based voltage multiplier, you can google it.
But it's 'free' the way you get free mileage by drafting behind a truck.
