Cabot Cheddar Cheese.

I just got some of this the other day.
It's not just sharp cheddar, not even extra sharp cheddar.
This is some seriously sharp cheddar cheese.

It's like cheese heaven. :drooling:

This cheese is lactose free, girl!

Smoked prov and pepperjack are really good too, ifoundwaldo, especially pepperjack.
But cheddar has always been my favorite.

I love cheese but it's so expensive to get the good stuff. I'll buy one of those artisen cheese wedges like the OP linked for $6-8 and kill it in a day. Cheese+crackers is my definite all time high snack food though
