Soooo tired.....
Mind racing....
So I caught a bunk charge (seriously.... it is bunk lol ) at the end of july.  Everyone who was witness to the events has made statements towards my innocence, including the alleged victim.
At first I tried to fight on my own, showed up for four hearings.  The state was ill prepared thrice of those and I vomited in the courthouse once....  the judge told me to lawyer up or quit playin games.??  So now I have spent 1k to bail out, and almost a grand on this lawyer and they still wantto take me to trial....  it is all I think about, it is only a one year MAX, but I am a felon....
Scary stuff mang..

Charge is simple assault...
I got into a disagreement with my lil sister, we both in our thirties, we hollared, I grabbed my phone n left.  My wife n son still theere, no biggie...
Wrong!
Someone called popo.  I was stopped on my way to my house, less than a mile, and hauled in.
My sis is litterally my bff..... we are VERY close, my whole family is. 

Trouble is I m a broken down ex potfarmer, on felony probation... duhn duhn duhn

I know a jury will Never convict, but it is nerve wracking *sp?... I have a household/farm to run.
